HI,

After getting e-visa for 189 class, how many months de we get to enter Australia for the first time?
The initial entry date will be given in the grant letter

Generally it is 1 year from the date that you have done your PCC and medical but the actual time allowed to you would be given in the grant letter only

Cheers

If by PCC or Medical, will it be consider from main applicant only or could be from spouse as well. Like our PCC medical was issued on 9th June 2017 but only PCC from USA for spouse was issued on Sep 2016. So if we get visa by next month then according to spouse pcc from USA we will only have 3 months to travel.

The IED has to be within the validity of the medical tests and PCC, both of which are only valid for a year from the date of issue so in your case it will be Sep 2017

Worst some worst, just enter the country and leave back by the next flight just to satisfy the IED and then come again to migrate after you have wound up all your affairs in your home country

Cheers

Sir,

Medical done today only, so if they go by medical then we will have time till Sep 2018.
But only older documents we have is PCC from USA (Spouse) which was issued in Sep 2016.
Another new PCC from USA for spouse have requested which is expected to come end of July 2017. So can we change the uploaded document later on.

I am sorry
The problem is that a document once uploaded, cannot be removed
So even if you upload the new PCC with a longer validity , how far the CO will accept it and change the IED accordingly, will depend totally on him.

After uploading the new ppYou can email and request him to discard the old PCC and use only the new one, but the decision to accept your request or not will be solely his.
Of course I see no reason why he shouldn't be ale to do it, but there may be rules that we as outsiders may not be aware of

Cheers
