hello, guys!

just wondering if i only need to submit certified copies of our personal letters/cards or should i send the originals.

and one more thing, i've read on the immigration website that all documents not written in english should be translated in english. would that mean i need to get all our personal emails/letters/message archives translated in english??

thanks again.

cheers!

I don't know about translation. But I do know from speaking to DIAC that personal cards/letters do not need to be certified copies - a simple photocopy will suffice.

Passports, birth certificates, marriage certificates, legal documents etc - these all need to be ceritifed copies.
