I have lodged my skill assessment application for Australian Engineering qualification on 24/03/2015. The turnaround time was 11 weeks by that time. Now , 11 weeks gone and EA asking to wait another 1-2 weeks when I contacted them yesterday(09/06/2015). This is really disappointing experience, Since I am in Australia on Student Visa, hard to get /apply for Engineering jobs as all of them ask for PR or work visa. No point of applying for TR because I only get a bridging visa , until the EA assessment outcome.
I wonder why they take such a long period processing Australian qualifications. Has anyone got similar experience?,
