Hello -

Having benefited from Selectra to help us set up our original electricity contract with EDF, we are now advised by them that a good alternative would be to consider changing to a new provider - ekWateur, who it seems offer better terms and conditions. Does anyone have any experience with this new provider?

Any comments much appreciated.

For previous houses and holiday appartements that I've bought I've always used EDF...better the devil you know! You need to be able to navigate through the KWH ratings and the options of night/day etc.

We moved last year and the previous occupants of the new house used Engie for gas and electricity. They told me that they had analysed the market carefully and chosed Engie. I used the same people out of simplicity.
