I'm getting ready to apply to ACS for skills assessment and the below is the employment reference I received from my employer. Is this enough detail and is the format good?

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to certify xxx yyy is an employee of abc employed since January 4, 2004 and working from our office in xyz. xxx yyy holds the full time position of Sr. Software Engineer. xxx yyy performs the following duties for abc.

• Lead the development of software solutions in order to ensure that the solution architecture is translated into high-quality, maintainable, secure, and efficient code that follows established development guidelines
• Participate in activities throughout the entire software development life cycle providing consultative advise and direction to development team
• Conduct code reviews to verify design and provide corrective action where necessary
• Code program based on system enhancements, modification requests, or new design specifications
• Lead and participate in the activities involved in developing a comprehensive and logical test plan for systems using appropriate tools to ensure established standards are utilized
• Lead and participate in the activities related to performing performance tests to ensure program modifications do not exhaust resources, causing slowdowns and response time delays
• Monitor and conduct regression testing in entirety to ensure negative impacts do not result once program alterations are completed
• Coordinate and participate in end user acceptance testing, ensuring program alterations and changes meet end user requirements
• Plan installations that affect other systems with appropriate technical staff and end users

Looks good. Make sure it is on company letter head, signed and company seal stamped on it with clear contact info of HR dept. I had similar letter from my previous companies.
