Hi all,

I worked under my ex-boss Mr A at Company B.

Now I am working at Company C, and Mr A is with Company D.

He agreed to give me an employment reference letter for the period we worked together at Company B.

Question: what company letterhead should be in the letter: B or D? As now Mr A may not have the right to sign a letter with letterhead of B.

Thank you so much.

Mr A can only give you a statutory declaration and not a reference letter

The reference letter can be issued only on the company letter head by an existing employee which Mr A is not

You have to give supporting evidence with the statutory declaration as per ACS guidelines and is accepted by ACS
