Hi Guys,

Can you confirm that the below is satisfactory:

To Entry Clearance Officer,

Please accept this letter as confirmation that Mrs. ***** ***** is employed by Cogent Communications in the role of Global Account Manager.
Mrs. ***** *****’s employment with the company began on June 1st 2015 and she is employed on a permanent basis.

Mrs. ***** works 40 hours a week and her gross annual salary is £40,000 per annum + £40,000 OTE plus bridge payment of €1250 per month for four months (converted to GBP at the prevailing exchange rate). She has been on this salary since June 1st 2015.

I have a question about the employer letter- does your employer need to include details on how many paid annual leaves you have taken and paid sick leaves? - or is this optional to add?

my employer letter looks very similar to yours Viita excluding info about annual leaves

Yes I haven't seen any need for annual leave to be included as it isn't relevant.

I'll get my boss to print this off..
