Plz someone help. I do understand how non salaried employment works now with overtime thanks to earlier posts. But this one gets to me. So the question is can I ask my employer to use the same calculation as stated in appendix 2 for non salaried employment. Which is add up last 6 months income+overtime devide by 6 then multiply by 12= figure for annual gross income for employment letter. ..So I asked my compliance manager yesterday to write me a letter stating evereverything including overtime but she said only contracted hours can be added which is 13hrs. They said they don't want to risk getting in trouble. Should I show my manager the appendix form. Or if I go with the 13hrs contract letter would that be risky. I meet the requirements with 2 jobs. Both over six months. Please someone help.
