Hi guys,

Applying for FLR M visa and looking to have a few questions answered around my employer documents.

My HR manager is leaving the company and there is now only a "HR assistant" for the foreseeable future. Would the ECO accept this job title if the HR assistant was to sign my company headed letters stating my current salary and start date etc?

My employment contract is my original from when I started and is signed by my CEO at the time.

My payslips are printed from my emails and so I will also get these signed and stamped by the HR assistant as well as validated in the company headed letter.

If the HR assistant is not an advised signature then who else could I get to validate?

Any help on this?

There are some changes happening within my company and I want to know the best option on who can write and sign off on my employers letters for me.

Thank you! :)

It shouldn't matter who signs provided they are authorised to do so by the company.
