Wondering if anyone knows if Emirates employees usually have a 6 month probation period to begin with before hopefully being taken on full time. If so, is it then a case that during this initial 6 month period, the individual has to source and pay for their own accommodation?

Yes 6 month probationary, never heard of the sourcing your own accommodation though.

What role is it? Things at emirates are very grade/job specific
