Hello :) new to this forum and need some advise......
My Egyptian fiance of 2 years is applying for a fiance visa to marry me here in
Scotland, Just lookng for anyone who has expereice or applied for the visa that can fill in any gaps, wedding is already booked and will be religious wedding, we are both
christian.
I have a council house and have letters form them confirming he can stay with me
in the flat and my lease and photos and confirmation of wedding and letter from minister of my church who is conducting the wedding, I have more but I'll be here all day......
Can anyone advise a rather worried Scottish girl
Kind Regards

For country-specific info, go to UK Border Agency | UK Border Agency in Egypt.
The visa agency they use in Egypt doesn't seem to have the best of reputation so check and double check everything.
In any settlement application, the three central issues are:
Quality of your relationship, i.e. a genuine, serious relationship, not a scam.
Sufficient maintenance - usually your (UK sponsor's) income.
Suitable housing - which seems sorted.

Do ask us about any other specific issues.
