Alrighttt so me and my husband live in a house of multiple occupancies where it is a no contract deal. so therefore we don't have any contracts etc.

bank account won't let us join accounts since I have no proof of address.
what should I do?

We can't have a joint bank account now, we live in a place where you pay by cash etc... the most we can provide is a letter by our landlord that states we both live at his house etc.

is a letter from our landlord telling about our current situation good enough?

Thanks

You don't need any proof of accommodation or joint bank account for EEA2 application. There are no questions on the form asking for those details.

thank you so much for replying.

because I feel unsafe not providing anything, can I include a letter from the landlord explaining we live in a no contract houseshare and we have been living together?

or do they just ignore those type of letters ?

No such letter is needed.
Just concentrate on meeting the requirements for EEA2 and ignore everything else.
