Hi Joppa,

I'm non-eea national currently hold eea residence card which will expire by April 2020. We moved here in Uk with my EEA national partner by the year Sept 2014 got married since Nov. 2014 here in UK. We both living together akin to marriage 2 years before we moved here in UK and up to now after our marriage we still living on the same roof.

As we are not yet living here in UK for 5 years, can we apply now for PR as we have enough evidence of living together for five years?

Thanks.

You have to be living in UK for 5 years before you can apply. So from Sep 2019, which is after Brexit and it will depend on any transitional agreement that may be reached.
