We are moving out from Brazil.

We know we can't apply for a EEA FP inside UK.So, we decided to do it in another any country. Ireland maybe or Hungary.

According to http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/out-of-country/eea-family-permit.pdf

It's says...

Evidence of your permission to be in the country where you are applying, if
you are not a national of that country

This could be a residence permit, ‘green card’ or valid visa showing your
current immigration status.

Well..even in Hungary or Ireland, I don't need a visa to entrance.I've 90 days or right to stay as tourist in any Schengen country or 6 months in Ireland.

Sounds like I need to go back to Brazil to apply ? Is this correct ? When I go to Europe I just receive stamps in my passport, never a Visa.

Any light ?
