Hi,

Can someone please let me know after how long i can request my passport back from HO? I will have to travel back home in June and i will need my passport , to be able to get out of the country and i have recently submitted my applications and documents for my husband and i to HO for EEA FM & EEA QP?

You can request at any time, but I suggest you wait until you get your certificate of application, which you should have in a few weeks.

Hi Joppa, thanks for your reply.
By any chance do you have any idea if the COA will come from the beginning with the right of work or i will have to submit another request or wait for another COA that will give my husband the right of work?

It depends. Straightforward cases usually result in right of work endorsement, but this can vary.
