Hi, I am an Irish national & my husband is an Indian national,we both are working and residing in UK since a year, I am planning to get my parents from India to UK in August, can i apply for a family permit for them as they will be here only till december. & also do i need to apply for two seperate applications with two seperate set of documents when i'm applying.

Hi, I'm an Irish national & my husband is an Indian national.... We both dnt have UK Citizenship & I'm planning to get my parents.... But what different rules will apply if in case I need to get his parent.... Please explain..... Thanks

You can bring your Indian in-laws, but you need to show they are dependent on you financially, such as regular remittances to India.

Wat abt my parents.... They are retired but I do not remit money to their account.... My brother(in USA) & my sister( in Singapore) supports them at the moment.
