Hi there.
my wife is a primary applicant for 176 visa. Can i score points for my education (HNC in Quantity surveying) In the UK. I'm continuing studying at the moment towards a degree but we r applying for a visa now. What education should i state ??

You can only claim points if you take and pass a skills assessment for an occupation on the sol. So if you are still studying it's unlikely you"ll get any partner skills points.

My occupation is on SOL. The question is if they allow me to submit HNC qualifications or thy require a degree?

You'll have to find out who would assess your skills and check the requirements. I don't know who it would be, you'll find out who on the diac site.
