My agent submitted my cdr msa application on 25 march 2017 but uptill now the outcome letter not yet issued,

The assessor has advised that for this applicant, there wasn't any action needed to be done by their side. The assessor has informed that the bachelor degree from the Islamic University in Gaza is equivalent to an Associate Degree in Australia, but due to the applicant's years of experience in civil engineering, we are able to grant the applicant an outcome of Engineering Technologist.

And you need 70 points if you want any invite in 233914. Also if you were given AQF Diploma due to associate degree, then you can only claim 10 education points making it much more difficult for you.
