It happened to me as well and i did the same, removed duplicated entries, i think there is something wrong in the site that happens sometimes.
Duplicate enteries in ACS application
When I fill and submit the application found that it has added all items more then once I mean when I added the MCS information is added it for three times.
However I have crossed the extra entries on print outs of application.
Any comments about it?
