My 15 year old son is coming out soon, his first taste of Dubai.
I'm relocating him and the missus next year if all goes to plan.

I want to take him on one of the various Dune bashing adventures, I've been holding off until he came not to spoil it for myself.

They all look much of a muchness so does anybody on here have any recommendations or whatever you do, do not use these guys?
Any good / bad / indifferent...?

I fancy an afternoon/evening trip, as planning to do Wild Waddi the day before...

There's two types. Both are good, in their own way. You've got the Arabian Adventures type. AA is probably the most expensive but they have their own camp. A cheaper, but similar alternative with their own camp (at least, they used to have a camp) is SNTTA. Many of the safari operators don't have their own camps and share with others. Generally, the ones with their own camps are a better standard. The one you may not have heard of - which is not a standard dune bashing safari - but something a little different is Platinum Heritage. I've never done the latter, but everyone I know who has, raves about it.
