Does anyone know when, or if, the DSF is being held in Feb 2010?

Before you start, I am well aware of the Festivals shortcomings

The DSF website has:

1. no useful information,
2. an email link but I won't waste my time, and
3. a phone number that doesn't answer.



Does anyone have any info?
