I was born in the UK and moved to the US for 44 years. I'm a citizen of both countries. I returned to live in the UK last November. I'm in desperate need of advice concerning my tax resonsibilities. Reading through the IRS site I can only find help for "Expats" which they mean is someone who has relinquished their US citizenship. I'm pretty sure I don't have to pay tax in both countries but don't what forms to fill in for the IRS.

As US citizen you are required to file annual tax returns of your worldwide income. No there is no double taxation.

Bev will be able to walk you through.
