Hey all

I am in desperate need of help and google has let me down. I hold dual citizenship (Australia and British) but currently live in Australia. I am looking at moving to England for a teaching job and need to know if my husband can come on a spouse visa? he is unable to apply for a working holiday visa as he has already used that when he was younger he is also a skilled worker with a degree.. does this matter

Any suggestion or past experiences would be great.

thanks

From your very brief description, spouse visa seems the best way. He can also be sponsored for a work visa, but this may be more difficult depending on the skills he has and likely demand for them. If he has a UK-born grandparent, he can come on ancestry visa for 5 years, and then apply for settlement.

Why would he not be able to move to the UK on a spouse visa? You are a UK citizen so you can sponsor him as his wife .
