My September DU bill was about 22% higher than previous months (price of package is 22% higher).
When I asked for clarification DU informed me that the price for the data package was increased and that I have some additional benefits.

I did not ask for additional benefits and dont want them. I even still don't know what these additional benefits are. Seems DU just increased the price of the same package with 22%.

Anyone have the same experience?

Thanks both of you for the good information. I did a search on this forum before posting but did not find the other tread.

Amazing how DU tries to trick its customers (and telling lies they did inform you before making changes)

Yes they are very cheeky, the very fact that they upgrade people without their consent is such a dodgy move. Just call them and ask them to downgrade you. You may need to make a few calls to make it happen but is better than being taken for a ride.
