your wife needs to be added as a secondary applicant..there is a separate form which you need to fill out for this..

i dont get 1 thing , im sending the main application , do i need to send secondary application for my wife? or she will be inside of my application if i name her in the desire fields ?

When you apply for a Permanent Residence then your spouse and kids can be included in the same application (same fee) and all of then get the same visa if you happen to get the visa grant in the future. You would be the main applicant and rest would be secondary applicants.hello..

There are cases where people have also included a dependant sibling or parent. Getting a grant gets difficult in these cases though.

Are there documentation (work experience / acamedics ....) for the spouse we need to furnish, does he/she need to take the IELTS ?
if you are filling on-line application then you are the main applicant, wife is secondary and children are dependent.hello..

wife need to provide proof of English, either a letter from university stating medium of instruction was English or IELTS 4.5 overall.
if you are claiming her points, then yes you need to provide work exp, degrees, IELTS etAnd if someone could possibly highlight what all formalities does the dependant spouse have to go through other that being noted as a co applicant on the application ?

It is not compulsory to provide IELTS, in this case u r charged A$4,000 approx. as Secondary Visa fee for ur wife to get admission in English Language Training centre upon reaching Australia.
