Dear all;

I am going to apply EEA2 to remain in UK( I am thailand citizen) and I would like to ask if I have to pay the heath surcharge( 200 pound) before deliver my paper? If i have to pay, how can i do that?

Another question, I heard some of my friends said that to apply to remain in UK, we have to apply online first, but I couldnt see any way to apply online for my EEA2 application. Can I just fill the form and send all supporting document in the same envelop?

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Regards;

No, you don't need to pay IHS.
You apply on form EEA(FM) by downloading, printing out and completing by hand.
Thanks Joppa. Is this applied in new Rule as I read in new regulation after 10, April 2015 some applicants have to pay IHS. I am sorry but just want to confirm again that it applied for my case with new law (I am non EEA citizen)

If you go on UKVI site about IHS, it clearly states those coming under EEA rule are exempt.
