Hi,

Me & my husband I hopefully applying for a spouse visa from Bosnia in the near future, does anybody know if his documents from Bosnia would need have Apostille stamp (or what ever its called)? or just originals/copies and translated by a professional translator?

Also are these all the correct documents my husband would need to gather together:-

1. Passport copy of bio page
2. copies of previous passports
3. 2 Passport sized photographs
4. English Language Certificate
5. Biometrics Confirmation
6. Application form and VAFA appendix 2
7. Applicants letter

Can someone tell if you need a document showing that you have made no criminal offences? I know when applying for a Visit visa they asked for this, that's why I'm asking

Thanks

He needs to send his a actual passport not just the bio page. Everything must be translated if not in English or Welsh.
Yeah I know I just did a mistake, so is that all the documents needed?

also can you tell the English requirement test - if my husband was to take it with Cambridge ESOL, how does it work?

Is that what is needed to be covered?

Thanks
