Hi,

Here are my quick 2 questions:
1. Is it correct that we don't need to upload any documents at the time of applying for EOI.
2. What option should be checked/selected in EOI 189/190 or both?
What are the implications of this selection?

Thanks in advance.

1. Correct. You don't need.
2. You can select both if you want Independent skilled migration(189), State Sponsored(190).

1. Yes
2. Depends upon ur choice of visa and point test. If u r confident that u have enough points to fetch a 189 invitation, then no need to select 190. If u r unsure abt 189 and want to try ur luck for nomination from state then select 190. I would recommend to submit two different EOI's for 189 and 190, as once u get an invite under 189 or 190 it will be locked and u won't be able to get invitation for other visa class.
