Do I need to submit IELTS result for secondary applicant at the time of lodging 175/176 application? Or am I allowed to submit it afterwards along with PCC and Medicals?

English language proof for secondary applicants needs to be submitted post the assignment of a CO and upon his/her request. You can submit it along with the PCC & Meds.

If you can submit a letter from your spouse's school or college that the medium of instruction was English then you don't need the IELTS score.

Good luck!!

Congrats on your visa grant mate :) That was quick I guess... What I heard from people and from DIAC that 175 takes 18 months and 176 about 12 months.
