I am American and my husband is Czech. We were married in the US in 2010 but now live in Czech Republic. We are planning to relocate to England next year. I understand that my husband does not need a permit to work etc. I plan to transfer with my same company. Do I need any permits? Cam I apply in advance? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

You should obtain an EEA Family Permit UK Border Agency | EEA family permits prior to entering UK.

Whilst in UK you should apply for a Residence Card by using form EEA2 http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/eea/eea21.pdf.

Animo
(Cheers)
