Hi there,

When did you do your biometric information? Because I think you have 20days from there to submit ALL supporting documents, and if your application is priority then you have 10 days from the day you did your biometric information.

Have a look at this link:
https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/thailand/pdf/settlement-visa.pdf

I hope am right and hoping someone with better knowledge can clarify that.

Good luck

Thank you!
Remember i read it somewhere saying some visa centres dont need your passport photo if you have enrolled biometric. Trying to recall either they dont need it or they forgot to take mine.

Oh right...I personally haven't come across a post for spouse visa where it says you don't need a passport photo, but maybe your right, so even in your biometric enrollment they didn't take your photo? Hmmmm now am confused, really hope you get a clear answer from someone.

Good luck once again!

Phew... just checked with a fellow applicant, the visa centre lady told her that passport size photo is no longer required in our region. Sorry for confusing you Amd1 (and myself). Given this frustrating backlog situation, any thoughts would turn to a nightmare.

Really appreciate your reply and this forum:pray2::pray2:
