It is incredibly difficult to prove a parent is truly 'dependent' on you for visa purposes.
For example, can you prove:
You pay any/all of her bills
She has been living with you for at least 12 months or more
Proof she has no independent source of income, ie pensions etc
If she has a bank account, proof that you transfer money into her account to pay bills etc
Obtain a signed statement from a doctor/bank manager etc to corroborate she is truly dependent on you
I really think you need to ask the advice of an agent, it's going to be a very difficult thing for you to do.
