Hello every / moderators,

Home office grant me spouse visa in July 2016 till 2019 . Due to uncertain issues with my wife I went to my home land for 3 months and there Few days back I received an email from curtailment home office team that my spouse visa curtailed to Sep 2017 ( expires) because you guys are not living together. That's alright for me we have a 1 boy as,well .

My question is this my visa is,still valid till Sep 2017 am i eligible to come back UK before Sep 2017 ( as i already got multiple entry like before ) to apply a new application on the basis of anything which my solicitor advice .

Or you guys guide me through which route i apply further .

(I respect her decision under what circumstances she did that Please don't comment or ask me for that it's,a request )

Yes, get back to UK first and plan your next move, perhaps under human right provision or 10-year route.

Should I tell them the situation or they checked from their system ?
Or I need to tell them anything ?

Say nothing. If they ask, tell them about your intentions to apply for a new leave.
