Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can advise.
I have a friend coming to visit (well hoping to) next March. She has been convicted of 2 drink driving offences and is wondering if she needs to get a visa prior to travelling.

Details are;

Excess Breath Alcohol - Stopped and convicted in 2014
Excess Breath Alcohol - Stopped 2013 and convicted in 2014.
Both resulted in fines and 6 months disqualification from driving. No jail time.

If anyone has any info on entering the UK as a tourist with criminal convictions it would be appreciated :)

Thanks!

No. No need to declare convictions when coming through UK Border as visitor.
