Credit Card Transaction Failed: ACS Skill Ass.

2247 Views 7 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  amaslam
After submitting online ACS application I call my banker to confirm credit card transaction. But they told me that transaction was attempted and failed.

Now what should I do?

Note: I have not mentioned security code anywhere on ACS Application because they were only asked for Credit card number.

Please reply soon.

Dear Amir,

Don't worry, they never ask for Cvv code as they make POS transaction. If in amy case transaction fails or gets declined by bank, they try for second time after 2 days.

If transaction fails for second time also, they would contact you and ask you to send draft.

Regards,

The same thing happened to me. I called the bank to let them know to accept another transaction then phoned ACS and asked them to reprocess it. It all went smoothly and quickly.

Hi Amir,

Its better that u contact ur bank immidiately through universal help number and instruct them regarding the future transaction, they probably ask u about the amount and beneficiary detail, also u could have the phone alert facility from your bank to get u updated for any transaction done on your card. The best practice is that u should keep one card spare for such activity and do block it after any transation for safe side.
I called ACS but no operator was available.
You might need to wait till Tuesday, Monday OCT 5 is a State holiday in NSW. And most businesses do not operate on Sat/Sun (except for shops and restaurants).
