Hi all,
I am currently on a 475 regional sponsered visa (queensland).
But i am non working in a regional area. Does some one know that is it possible to convert my 475(regional) visa to a 457( employer sponsered) visa? As i dont want to change my company, and living in regional area is next to Hell....
My employer ia happy to sponser me. Please do suggest!

You cant convert, if you qualify and have a sponsor you can apply but why would you do such a thing?
The 457 does not lead directly to PR and you may well have to leave when your visa runs out.

Its just to apply for PR after 475, i have to wrk in regional area. That means changing the Employer. As my current company is not in the Regional Area of queensland.
Any other alternative to this problem?
