Hi

I have been reading through replies on the forum, but I am still confused about these questions:confused: Could someone help, please? Sorry, it's a long one..:tea:

Q 3.2 Name at birth if different (Sponsor)
My husband was adopted when he was 6 years old and his name was changed, should I state this?

Q6.9 If relevant, have you lived together permanently in the uk with your sponsor since your last grant of limited leave to remain as a partner?
Is it yes/ no. I am on first spouse visa now.

Q6.11 Have you ever livd with your sponsor within or outside the UK?
We obviously live together under the spouse visa. We also lived together from 2009 - 2010 in South Africa and in 2013 for some months in Ireland. Do I need to state this?

Q6.13 How often do you see your sponsor?
Should I say every day as we live together

Q6.21 Have you lived with your sponsor since your marriage?
Does this only refer to living in the uk under spouse visa or should I include when we lived in ireland in 2013 and my time in the uk as a family visitor for 5 months?

Q6.33 Do you and your sponsor have any shared financial responsibilities?
We don't have joint bank accounts etc, but both our names are on the lease, council tax and water bills and we both pay for food etc

Section 7B Maintenance
Do I have to complete any of it if we are applying under Cat F?

Q7.13 Does anyone other than your sponsor live in the property?
I live there?

Q8.4 Provide SELT unique electronic ref number:
is this the UKIV number on the certificate or the test report number at the bottom?

Q 9.12 Have you ever had your fingerprints taken as part of a previous uk immigration application made in the uk or abroad?
Yes - I have applied for 2 visit visas and a spouse visa in the past 7 years.

9.13 Dates your fingerprints were taken?

Do I have to list all 3 times?

Q9.15 Give details of the British diplomatic posts involved if the applications were made abroad
I applied in Cape Town, South Africa previously.
