Hi there,

Thank you in advance for reading, and thank you all for your support !!

I have received my COA with right to work October 23rd, this year. I am currently under EEA FP visa which expires end of December.
So far i was working through temporary agencies, as recruitment agencies did not want to give me permanent employment under EEA FP visa.

I have recently got a job offer directly from a company (Not through recruitment agency). They have sent me the contract by post for signature. Everything looks great.I am supposed to start next Monday, i am also supposed to show them proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Here are the documents i will provide to HR

-COA with right to work
-National insurance (NiNo)
-Copy of my passport (called HO, they said they have sent me back my passport but will not get it before Monday.
-Copy of EEA FP visa
-Letter from Home office ( Stating that they have received my request about return of passport ).

NB: The employment contract states a 3 months probation, but does not state the length of employment.

What are my chances to be hired ?
Could you please suggest me any document to convince HR ?
Can HR dismiss the offer ?

Thank you very much for your help
