CO,Form80

DIAC had asked for form80 from me in october, I sent it then. then again CO asked for it in Dec. I sent the same copy. then I realized some of the info is stated upto oct then.Although none of my info changed in the meanwhile, still they might be wondering about this lost 2 months. how to address this. Should I just send another copy of FORM80 or send a form 1023 to the CO?
