Clarification regarding EA MSA and English Test

I got mislead myself and spent extra money for fast track application. My application was allocated to assessor in exactly 15 working days. While talking to my assessor, I clarified this information.

For those who want to say I need to retake the exam anyway for EOI, I gave TOEFL 2 years ago and now I want to give PTE which is not accepted by EA.
