Hi,

In listening mock test i had an answer "an ambulance" but i had answered it has
"ambulance" this will lead to grammatical error in the actual sentence.

This type of mistakes are considered to be mistakes or do they consider it as a right answer

one more thing for another question the answer was 7 i gave 7.p.m will this be considered
as right or wrong answer.

Please suggest

this will depend what the question was..

was p.m included in the question then you should only answer 7 NOT 7 p.m...these things really matters

if "an ambulance" is the correct answer then ambulance would consider incorrect I believe.

For listening test in some questions there are more than one acceptable answers. So it depends, if the answer you put is among the accepted answer options, you wont lose points. They cut points from spelling mistakes though, even if the answer is correct. To get a 7, score you must have min 30 correct answers.
