Can someone please explain as I am a little confused with the application times that have been stated in the forum. When referring to to time taken to process FS applications it is talked about in terms of 6-9months. On the cic website the processing dates are 27months from the UK and 19 from Australia. How is there such a difference

What is a FS application?
maybe the difference is some people are applying under the provincial nominee programmes?

The difference is because the processing office in the UK is bogged down with many more applications that the office that handles Australia.
