Claiming points for Overseas Employment

Hi,

In Jan, 2012 ACS approved 4 years 9 months. Now in April can I claim points for 5 years of employment (i.e. 10 points) instead of 3 (i.e. 5 points) as I am still working for the same company? I can prove it by providing salary slip

Thanks :confused2:

Yes, I think so! Just submit an updated letter from Human Resources from the same job you were assessed in, indicating your current dates of employment
Thanks stormgal for your reply..I'll try to get the letter again but I guess a salary slip of recent month could be sufficient as well

get bank statement where salary is credited, latest payslip, confirmation of employment letter from HR, any communication from company to you on company letter head. all these docs will serve as a proof that you are still in same company.
