Dear All,

Please, if any one can provide information for Canadian education assessment.

I have 4 years Bachelor's degree in Computer sciences and some additional CISCO 2X (CCIE) certificates.

Can CISCO certificates earn me more points?
Any Canadian education assessment bodies evaluate CISCO certifications ?

please do let me know, thanks in advance.

No, you'll not likely receive any points for the CISCO certificates.

They are not academic and require no specialised academic study to achieve - they are a professional (i.e. non academic) qualification with no value in the academic world.

All the certificates prove is

"The CCIE certifies the skills required of network engineers to plan, operate and troubleshoot complex, converged network infrastructures on a wide variety of Cisco equipment."

One does not specifically require a post-secondary qualification (B.Sc or MSc) to become certified and one does not specifically require that certification to work on CISCO branded equipment.

CISCO is worthless for immigration purposes. Industry certifications do not count as education.

In addition, your Bachelor's probably won't count as being equivalent to a Canadian degree because the Pakistani education system simply is not up to Canadian standards.
