My other half is feeling a bit homesick and one of the things she is craving is Chinese takeout in a cardboard box, odd and pointless I know but I would like to score some brownie points.

Does anyone know of anywhere in Dubai preferably near Dubai land, Al Barsha, motor city etc but to be honest anywhere would work?

Try Zomato.com I always use this site to find any kind of cuisine nearby.

I have tried the websites but the key is the packaging not the food which of course isn't advertised.

Panda Express (not to be confused with Panda Chinese in most mall food courts) do this, they opened on JBR a few months ago.

Chop Suey. I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food, but this has to be the best!! And no MSG! And yes, it's in the box containers
