I am starting this thread for Chemical Engineers ANZSCO code 233111. Please share your thoughts, predictions and planning for this financial year for both 189 and 190 visa.My brother's situation is as below.

ANZSCO: 233111 Age: 25 Edu: 15 Exp: 10 Eng: 0
EA applied: 29/5/17 Result: 07/07/17
Current Status: Total 50 Points.

Attempting PTE-A 16-09-2017.

i am not a chemical engineer, i think your brother can get invited if he is able to make 60 in eoi for 189

It means that I have 6.5 band and no points scored for English.
