My husband will have to apply for his FLR(M) in November/December next year. Assuming the rules do not change, the current application form says that you only have to declare the account which meets the requirement. However, at the end of the Savings section, it says 'if you have any other accounts, you must enter them here and provide evidence' this contradicts the first statement! Unless it applies to those whose first account may not meet the requirements and a second account makes up the shortfall? Do we really gave have to declare ALL savings or just those which meet the requirement? The reason I am asking at this point in time is because we want to move some into a better interest bearing account but do not want to compromise our application. Any advice please?

No, just the account(s) that are used to meet the requirement. Disclosing other, unnecessary accounts will only serve to confuse.
