I am a dual UK/US citizen living in UK (for a long time). In 2014 I plan to sell my UK home and move back to the US.
Can anyone tell me whether I will pay CGT in the UK or in the US or both?
Is there a UK/US double taxation treaty that deals with this situation?

If it's been your home (called principal residence relief), you don't pay any capital gains tax on selling your house. If it was an investment property, rented out etc, you may be liable for some, but the rules are quite complicated.
You will pay UK tax if you are liable. I don't know if there is any US tax to pay, and whether there is double taxation relief on capital taxes.
