Hi, I'm new to this but it looks like a really helpful forum! I've just been allocated a case worker and need to submit my husband's and child's documents. Does anyone know if these have to be certified or is it enough to upload a photo copy?

I think that if the scanned copies are in color, then you won't have to get them certified.

Hi Em76,

It depends on what documents they require, if is details like birth certificates and wedding certs those would need to be certified. it will be best to get in touch with your case worker to ask.

Yep, as long as they are colour copies you won't need to get them certified. If they are black and white (or close to black and white) you will need to get them certified.
