I'm finishing up visa form and wanted to book a premium service appointment but uk gov site says booking appointments are not currently available. Is this a temporary thing or the premium service has been stopped does anyone know?

Probably just a temporary glitch in the system. Are you sure you are not trying to book too early?

So he's allowed to apply on 21st May, that is 30 months - 28 days since he arrived in UK. I thought he could do the online application and print out and then make appointment for after 21st, is that not how it works? Does he have to wait until the 21st before proceeding with the last sections of the online firm? Thanks!

It's only the appointment that must fall within the application period.

I just went to the site directly and it states appointments can be booked 42 days in advance. Does this mean he can't book until it's 42 days before his visa runs out? Thanks!

That's what I thought so I probably just need to sit tight and hope website gets fixed although that's hard to do when our anxiety over this stuff is so high, can't wait for the final visa! Thanks for your help
